30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your DEVA BAG. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN
Email helen@devawin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange for a different color or style, subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
